well eat an egg for breakfast and then maybe a small salad for lunch. the egg gives you the protine you need, and the salad is low calorie and good for you! For dinner avoid as much as possible, your metabolism slows down around 6 o’ clock, so avoid eating pat then, don’t have desserts, especially with saturated fats. maybe have a flavored ice thing, they have 0 fat calories in it!!
