Cycle 1 is the first which serves up 1,200 calories per day, while cleansing, stimulating fat metabolism and improving on what were unhealthy diet habits. Weight loss at this stage is between 10 to 15 pounds which is a safe level and time length.

Cycle 2 is termed Activate which encompasses a higher calorie intake which mixes up the metabolism rate and creates less boredom and lessens feelings of deprivation.  Weight loss at the second stage is 5-6 pounds.

Cycle 3 is Achieve which is a time of stabilizing the period while introducing health foods and a slowing down of weight loss to approximately 2-3 pounds.

Cycle 4 is the last stage which is Arrive is when you finally get to your goals and the meal plans revert back to one of the previous cycles again mixing up the metabolic rates of burning calories. The rewards are the allowance of some splurges.

The diet in short is a safe, effective weight loss program that is guided by a professional doctor and has a unique way of fooling the metabolic rates of the body and prevents boring repetition of the same food groups. It is safe because 1,200 calories are necessary to maintain a healthy body on a daily basis without resorting to a starvation diet or feeling hungry.

Without giving away too much the diet does not permit sugar, fried foods or processed foods you get in a cardboard box which are unhealthy.  Water is a integral part of any diet to remove toxins and keep tissues hydrated and cleansed.
