Side Benefits of Making Bean Hummus

The great side benefit of serving beans as a hummus is that when you blend the mixture using a blender you are breaking down the beans for easier digestion in your body.  This also eliminates most of the “gas” associated with eating beans.  This makes the beans more easily assimilated or available to your body and digested much more quickly -for a quick energy boost.
